Ordering from Juelz Jems is inviting, secure and quick.

All custom arrangements and floral designs, accessories, giftware, and décor items are one of a kind pieces that are unique to our designs. Our décor items come boxed up and securely stored for travel, completed with all specialized finishes.

Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order, by processing and placing an order with Juelz Jems LLC you are acknowledging that you are agreeing to and understand all our terms and conditions of ordering.

Delivery Services:

Postage and delivery are not included in the general pricing and are an extra service. We will use dependable couriers who will guarantee safe and prompt delivery of our décor products. If you need to request a specific delivery time, please contact us directly to see whether we can accommodate you.

Customize order:

All customize order will require a One-on-One consultation meeting where we will discuss the needs and specification of the design. A sample item will be produced within one week to allow for final approval and designated delivery dates. You will be notified if any adjustments and/or changes are required to suite your needs and budget. A 50% deposit will be required when order is submitted and final payment due after completion of order.

Payment:

Full payment of your order must be processed when submitted along with the shipment. Please note that your order will be cancelled if full payment is not made. Exception made for large customize orders (See customize order).

Refunds:

At Juelz Jems LLC we strive for the best quality product in every order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving items. With the return of the original items, we can discuss whether a replacement oar refund.

Our customer feedback is the utmost importance to us and if there is a problem, we would love to hear about it so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Terms:

Juelz Jems LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds if in the events of but not limited to; complaint notice more than 48 hours from delivery of order, the items have been damaged after purchasing due to mishandling from the recipient/customer, customer simply changed their mind.

Online orders:

Refunds for online purchases will be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased.

Cash purchases:

A cash refund for the same amount paid will be issues for all cash purchases

Telephone orders:

All refunds for orders placed over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Cancellation:

Cancellations received within 24 hours’ notice will incur no fee and full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped with our courier and awaiting delivery.

Trademarks

All graphics, logos, scripts, and product names included in or made available through any Juelz Jems LLC Service are trademarks. Juelz Jems LLC trademarks and appearances may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Juelz Jems LLC affiliated or in manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any way that disparages or discredits Juelz Jems LLC.

Juelz Jems LLC content, materials, products, and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Juelz Jems LLC brandareon an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless stated in writing.
