A. We offer payment options: All the payment is due up front or SHOP, Affirm, Klarna, After Pay which splits it into payments. Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

A. We will deliver for free within 15 miles of our warehouse in Farmers Branch, Texas and pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

A. 9:30PM charge of $50

10PM charge of of $100

10:30pm charge of $150

11PM charge of $200

1130pm charge of $250

12AM charge of $300

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups so avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day. 

A. If your location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles. This includes delivery to Dallas, Texas

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. 

A. We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kinds of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @Juelz_inspring_decor_and_more. We also offer open houses to see the items at different venues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date.

A. At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!

We can add colored flowers to the arches, but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it.

A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the deets and we can let you know if this is possible.

A. First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn’t solve your problems please email or text us and we will quickly get back to you!

A. Absolutely! Our array of flowers are meticulously crafted from premium quality artificial materials. They possess a lifelike appearance that is particularly convincing from a distance and in photographs. We invite you to experience their realism firsthand.

A. Juelz Jems is dedicated to our sustainable rent-and-return approach, ensuring we maximize the use of our collections for as long as feasible. This approach allows us to rent out the same collections repeatedly. Once a collection is phased out, we provide our previous customers with an exclusive opportunity to buy items from it. A. Kindly refrain from making alterations to any of your items. You may add ribbons if you wish, provided that the items are returned to us in their initial state.

A. Should any of your purchases arrive in a damaged condition or differ from what you anticipated, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. Please use our contact form or send an email to info@shopjuelzjems.com. In response, we will expedite a replacement item to ensure it arrives in time for your event.

A. We completely get it—many brides are so enchanted by their bouquets that they wish to cherish them for a lifetime, creating an ideal memento! You have the option to buy a brand-new bouquet, exclusively yours and never previously rented, with prices beginning at $250. Should you decide to make this beautiful keepsake yours, please mention your intent to purchase the bouquet in a note at checkout, and we will reach out to you.

A. Absolutely, the centerpieces you see in the photographs will arrive exactly as they appear. We ensure each centerpiece is securely fastened within its vase, designed to endure the shipping process, meaning the flowers are not removable.

A. Begin by adding your chosen items to your cart, then choose your wedding date, and carefully read and accept our rental agreement. Following this, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details. At checkout, you have various payment options. Please note, all prices listed on our website are in USD, and any currency conversion will be handled by your bank or financial institution.

A. No! Upon receiving your order, you’ll be provided with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for use. Rest assured, all delivery and return shipping fees are covered within your order.
