2. At the checkout stage, you’ll encounter a box labeled ‘special instructions’. It’s crucial that you provide the details of the VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER in this box. This information is necessary for us to arrange delivery and to communicate with the venue regarding insurance, as well as to confirm your preferred times for drop-off and pick-up.
3. Our service package includes the costs for delivery, setup, and collection of items, assuming the pickup is scheduled no later than 9:00 PM and the location is within a 20-mile radius of our warehouse. Please note, any pickups scheduled after 9:00 PM will be subject to an additional fee. For deliveries extending beyond the 20-mile limit, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and the extent of setup required by our team and/or florist. For a detailed estimate, we encourage you to reach out to us via email.
4. Conclude your order by proceeding to checkout. Be mindful that any pickups after 9:00 PM will attract a late-night pickup fee, details of which are available on our terms and conditions page.
